“Hi all! I am Bart Zijlstra, and I am very excited to join the OVO-Vision team as a Software Engineer. I got my high-school diploma in Roermond, after which I studied Chemical Engineering at the Eindhoven University of Technology.

In January 2020 I obtained my PhD degree in the field of computer simulations and predictive modeling. Although my PhD research focused on chemistry and catalysis, I have always had a broader interest in Software Engineering. I have 5+ years of experience using C++ and Python, and I am eager to expand my skillset in the wonderful world of Microsoft Dynamics.

In my free time I like to follow the latest developments in computer graphics and game development. Also, twice a week you can find me at the local athletics club where I do shot putting and discus throwing.”
