Flock Calendar

Managing a flock correctly can be challenging. In OVO-Vision you can set up templates to fill an agenda for managing flocks. In these templates you can set up that on a given date a sample needs to be taken or a vaccination needs to be done. For specific roles (employees) it is possible to assign tasks. In combination with the QC module you can do all the tests and capture all the results that are related to a flock.

With the TO-DO list it is possible to monitor different types of activities such as:

• Standard flock activities, like counting mortality
• Vaccination
• Testing and sampling
• Administrative activities

Every activity type can be monitored by different employees. When an activity on the TO-DO list is not performed it will show up as an alert for the responsible manager. The results of the testing and sampling are visible for the flock. In case of a production flock all the data from the rearing flocks will be available.
